Game Streaming Guidelines

1. Scope and general permission

These guidelines apply to gameplay videos, livestreams, uploaded videos, and related clips and thumbnails using footage, audio, or screenshots from games created by Hirohasu for which Hirohasu holds the necessary rights (collectively, “Game Content”). Individuals and organizations may freely share Game Content for commercial or non-commercial purposes in accordance with these guidelines. Any specific streaming conditions published for an individual game take precedence.

2. Monetization and permission

You may monetize Game Content through advertising, tips, memberships, subscriptions, and similar features offered by video and streaming platforms. No prior contact, permission request, or post-publication report to Hirohasu is required for activities within these guidelines.

3. Requests for creators

Please use a legitimately obtained copy of the game. Including the game title and a link to its official website or store page is appreciated, but not required. If your content reveals major story or gameplay details, please consider adding a spoiler warning for viewers.

4. Intellectual property and third-party content

Copyright and other rights in the games, logos, images, music, and other assets remain with Hirohasu or their respective rights holders. These guidelines do not transfer ownership of any rights. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for third-party music and assets, and for respecting other players’ personal information and voices. You must also comply with applicable laws and the terms of the platforms you use.

5. Prohibited uses

The following uses are not permitted:

• Content involving unlawful conduct, violations of public order or decency, discrimination, threats, defamation, privacy violations, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Misleading claims of official status, affiliation, or endorsement by Hirohasu, or deception of viewers through false information.
• Use of unlawfully obtained games, unauthorized disclosure of unreleased information, or content that encourages cheating or other misconduct.
• Unauthorized distribution of the game itself, or sale or redistribution of standalone assets extracted from the game, such as images or music. Including gameplay footage and audio in ordinary Game Content is permitted.

6. Logos and other assets

If you would like a game logo, images, or other assets for your Game Content, please contact us through the contact form or at info@hirohasu.com, specifying the game and the assets you need. We will send assets that are available for sharing. Use supplied assets for purposes related to your Game Content and follow any accompanying usage conditions. Some requests may not be fulfilled due to availability or rights restrictions. Requesting assets is not required for ordinary gameplay videos or streams.

7. Disclaimer and violations

You publish and stream Game Content at your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hirohasu is not liable for disputes with third parties, removal or demonetization by platforms, or other losses or problems arising from Game Content. Hirohasu does not guarantee that your content will be free of third-party rights claims or eligible for monetization. If Game Content violates these guidelines, we may ask you to modify, unpublish, or delete it.

8. Changes and contact
